Don’t Stop It—Redirect It: When “Being Good” Creates Distortion

① “Stopping It” Won’t End Bullying

Do you really think bullying ends just because someone says, “Stop”?

In schools, on social media, in society— we’ve been told over and over again:

“Bullying is wrong.”

And yet… it hasn’t disappeared.

Doesn’t that feel strange?

If simply “stopping it” were the solution, this wouldn’t still be a problem today.

So if it continues to exist, there’s a high chance that we’ve been approaching it the wrong way.

Let’s get straight to the point.

To eliminate bullying, what’s needed is not stopping it— but changing the flow.

And to understand this, there’s something we cannot avoid:

the existence of “star (energy).”

From here, we’ll go through each of the 12 zodiac signs and explore:

  • the distortions that create bullying

  • and the correct way to use that energy

But before that— there is one crucial premise you must understand.

If you get this wrong, no amount of knowledge will help you.

Bullying is tragic.

It’s a form of violence that can even lead someone to death.

And at the same time, it brings no benefit to the one who does it.

In fact, it’s an enormous waste of time.

So why does it happen?

Because the energy that should be expressed is not being used correctly.

This is where most people make a mistake.

When they see the energy behind bullying, they try to stop it.

You’ve heard it before:

“Bullying is absolutely wrong.”

But this does not solve the problem at its core.

Why?

Because every “star” has both a positive and a negative side.

And more importantly— there are energies that naturally carry aggressive expression.

Even in the same stressful society, some people bully, and others don’t.

This cannot be explained by environment alone.

The real issue is:

how the energy is being used.

Star energy is released regardless of your intention.

When it activates in an unmanaged state, it can take the form of bullying.

So what happens if you try to suppress it?

It’s like trying to block a hot spring that suddenly erupts inside your house.

You might contain it temporarily— but eventually, it bursts out somewhere else.

And when it does, the problem often becomes worse.

So what should you do?

The answer is simple.

Change the flow.

If it were a hot spring, you wouldn’t try to destroy it.

You would use it.

Turn it into a resource. Transform it into value.

The same applies to star energy.

Even “negative” traits can become powerful strengths— if used correctly.

So remember this:

Don’t stop it. Redirect it.

② Do Not Become a Saint

This is extremely important.

When people hear:

“Stop bullying” “Use your energy correctly”

they often think:

“Then I should become someone who is always kind, who never hurts anyone— a ‘good’ and ‘correct’ person.”

But that is not the path we take.

Because—

When you fully express your star, chaos is inevitable.

Within you, there is not only kindness, but also aggression, impulse, and strength.

All of these together are your energy.

If you ignore them and try to become:

  • someone who never hurts anyone

  • someone perfectly “right”

your energy will distort.

And that distortion will erupt in another form.

Sometimes— that form becomes bullying.

So what should you aim for instead?

Not a saint.

But your fully expressed self.

However, there are conditions:

  • Follow the rules of society

  • Do not harm others unnecessarily

And on top of that—

Use your energy to its fullest.

This is the path

 that brings you back

to your true sense of fulfillment.
