The Trap of Wanting to Be Attractive|How to Rediscover Your Unique Appeal

People Naturally Care About How They Look
Let me ask you something.
Do you care about how you look?
Recently, it seems that more and more women and young people are struggling with concerns about their appearance.
Social media becoming such a huge part of our lives probably has something to do with it, too.
And yet, whether now or in the past, when you watch manga, dramas, or movies, you often come across scenes like this, don't you?
“Why is a guy that handsome dating a girl like her...!?”
A beautiful woman, furious about it.

And this is where the final page becomes important.

Now, if we think about this carefully, we can arrive at a rather interesting conclusion.
Everyone keeps saying:
“Looks are important.”
“Looks are important.”
“Looks are important.”
They repeat it over and over.
But when you actually think about it,
isn't the importance of appearance to you simply…
second place?
That's one possible conclusion we can draw.
I put my thoughts on this together in another article, so please take a look at that one as well.
……That said.
I'm not going to go as far as saying,
“Caring about your appearance is stupid!”
Because, let's be honest.
People naturally care about how they look.
I do too.
I want to wear clothes I like.
I want to keep my hair looking good.
I want to make myself look as attractive as I can.
There is absolutely nothing wrong with that.
The problem, in my opinion, is what happens when we keep trying to improve our appearance…
and eventually, everyone starts becoming:
The same face.
The same hairstyle.
The same clothes.
The same movements.
At that point, I think we have a problem.
We're supposed to be improving our appearance to make ourselves more attractive.
But if everyone eventually ends up looking the same, can we really say that we're bringing out our own unique appeal?
Honestly…
it's kind of terrifying.
So,
“Then what are YOU supposed to do?”
That's what we're going to explore in this article.
This isn't about turning yourself into the beautiful people or handsome people you see on television.
If that's all you wanted, well…
you could always spend a lot of money on cosmetic surgery.
What I'm here to teach you is something different:
how to let your own unique appeal truly shine through.
I hope you'll enjoy the journey all the way to the end.
