Why I Choose to Focus on Western Astrology?

Animal Fortune-Telling, Four Pillars of Destiny, the Mayan Calendar, Zodiac Signs, Zi Wei Dou Shu…

The world is overflowing with methods of divination.

Today I’d like to explain why I choose to work mainly with “Zodiac fortune-telling—Western astrology.”

First, it’s not because Western astrology is “the most accurate!!”—nothing that simple.

Frankly, as long as you can read a chart, Eastern or Western systems will lead you to essentially the same answers.

If anything, the one that nails the details with laser precision is Zi Wei Dou Shu.

Seriously—timing of your parents’ meeting, the exact month you’ll move house… it spits it all out with unnerving accuracy.

Plug the star data from your Zi Wei chart straight into ChatGPT and—bam—your “destiny” pops right out.

Western Astrology, on the other hand…

…demands far more interpretive skill from the reader.

A quick comparison:

🌟 Theme: “What kind of person are you?”

System

Same ‘ego’ indicator, different flavor

Zi Wei Dou Shu Life Palace × Zi Wei → The Emperor archetype—a born leader, meant to shine center-stage.

Western Astrology Uranus in the 1st House → Revolutionary, maverick, individualist. Hates old rules; meshes brilliantly with AI.

Western astrology is multifaceted; the truth doesn’t leap out at first glance.

You have to read the whole chart in depth, so you can predict trends but rarely issue iron-clad verdicts.

That’s why prophets sometimes hit and sometimes miss—the structure itself resists absolute statements.

Zi Wei tends to lock your fate in place: one star, one meaning.

Zi Wei tends to lock your fate in place: one star, one meaning.

If it says, “You’ll drown in debt” or “You’ll never see the spotlight,” who wouldn’t feel crushed?

Western astrology, by contrast, leaves infinite room for interpretation.

Meaning flexes with the reader’s imagination and life experience—and I love that creative space.

My Bigger Goal

Ultimately, I want to uncover the true mechanics of this universe—

and for that I need the planets and signs of Western astrology.

Consider questions like:

・Why do people reach for alcohol when their mood crashes?

・Was the “law of sacrifice” actually on to something?

・Why do “mad scientists” always self-destruct in the end?

・Why does water training build such supple muscle?

I can explain all four with astrology—and they all trace back to the same planet.

So yes, I’ll keep centering my work on Western astrology, while honoring Zi Wei Dou Shu’s brilliance.

In my view, the unbeatable combo is:

Western astrology → Exploring & activating your talents

Zi Wei Dou Shu → Mapping destiny & future probabilities

Next time we’ll finally tackle that mysterious circular diagram—the birth chart itself.

Stay tuned!
